De Witt Cemetery is in Knoxville Township Section 11 Township 75 Range 20 in the 1100 block of Willetts Drive, 3/4 mile south of Graceland Cemetery. The parcel number is 0640500100.

There are at least 130 graves here, with burials between 1853 and 1922. Many stones in this cemetery have been damaged in the past by vandalism.  Some have had interesting homemade repairs with frames and wooden braces. The cemetery is located on 2 acres with a 1,000-foot walk. The gate at the street is padlocked.  Much work has been done on this cemetery in the past 3 years by a local 4-H club. Signage was placed at the cemetery in April 2024.
