Welle Farm Cemetery is located in Lake Prairie Township, Section 32 Township 77 Range 18, at 2005 hwy. 163, Pella, about two miles west of Pella. The parcel number is 1361402500.

The cemetery is accessed through the farm owned by Louis Hartke and was formerly part of the Welle/Nollen century farm. Two original gravestones plus a new monument engraved with seven persons known buried there are present.

The earliest burial was in 1854; the latest, in 1867.
